The Government Affairs committee promotes pro-business legislation and advocates on behalf of issues of concern to the African American community within the Greater Austin region.  This committee works to provide remarks, testimony and opposes legislation which threatens a healthy business climate and quality of life at both state and local levels. Click here to sign up.

The GABC Collegiate Chapter was developed with the mission to utilize students’ talents, efforts, and experiences, to increase membership, business acumen, and involvement within the African American and Greater Austin business community. GABC encourages students pursuing higher education in Austin, and surrounding areas, to engage in ways to enhance our local economy and gain exposure to business and entrepreneurship.
